Special Titles

These are books that have never been made available to the public directly. Instead they were created in extremely limited numbers as giveaways or for special events. This info is provided for collectors and bibliographers to record the existence of some very obscure titles.

Very occasionally, a copy or two surfaces in my stock, but by and large, these are not available for sale.
