This book was produced exclusively as a free extra to accompany pre-orders of Connell's novel Miss Homicide Plays the Flute. It was limited to 26 signed lettered. Printing was organised by the author in the USA on some very nice quality paper. It consists of a long series of one-page miniatures. The copy shown below is one of the un-lettered extra copies that I still have.
